Randall, Aerojet Rocketdyne’s third quarter 2020 Values Champion for TEAMWORK, says, "Teamwork means helping those around you. I always strive to ensure that everyone around me has access to the resources and tools necessary in order to help them successfully achieve their job.”

Randall has been with the company since 2013 and recently transitioned to the company’s Huntsville facility. Throughout his career with the company, he has always been willing to lend a hand to new employees and provide clear direction about our systems and processes. According to Randall, “Having someone who knows the ropes and can show you how to use our tools in a more efficient way in order to retrieve data can be very stress-reducing."

Many of Randall’s colleagues find him such a valuable team member that they rallied to nominate him as the values champion for Teamwork. He was nominated because he is approachable, has a very positive attitude and goes above and beyond to help out his teammates and colleagues. No matter how busy Randall is, he takes the time to answer employees' questions and provide them with clear direction. Randall’s manager says of him, “Randall always goes out of his way to introduce himself and offer his assistance to new employees. His legacy knowledge and willingness to share that knowledge and experience with the team is a tremendous asset to Aerojet Rocketdyne.”
