Throughout Priscilla's career with the company, she has worked tirelessly to create a welcoming and family-like atmosphere at our Redmond site, all while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. "Establishing genuine camaraderie amongst the team creates an environment where people feel less stressed and more motivated to get the job done," added Priscilla. "I want everyone to feel welcome on our team. We are all working together to achieve a larger goal of our company and nation – and it will only get done through teamwork."

According to Priscilla, she is able to do this by putting a strong emphasis on communications, friendship, teamwork and overall happiness.
