Patrik, Aerojet Rocketdyne’s fourth quarter 2019 Values Champion for TEAMWORK, says he is, "Inspired by being around colleagues who want to invoke positive change in what they do, whether it is in their personal or professional lives."

Patrik recently worked on a critical project to implement a new innovative tool that will add signfiicant value across his organization. In order to make this successful, Patrik had to facilitate the time and resources of colleagues across the company. Patrik utilized his engaging nature to work with colleagues in other departments on this effort and made each team member feel valued for their contribution. In the end, the implementation was a success thanks to Patrik’s embodiment of teamwork.

Colleagues find Patrik approachable, collaborative and respectful of others. He works well in a team setting to ensure everyone has a clear understanding of the task at hand and all team members are comfortable participating. He is also willing to take extra time to help others on the team.
