Based at AR’s Camden, Arkansas location, Isaac has been chosen as the 2017 Q3 TEAMWORK Values Champion. Isaac is very active at work and likes to be involved in the processes and the problem solving that comes with being a Manufacturing Engineer. “Each day I get to work with my colleagues to solve problems and, for me, that’s the best part of being an engineer,” says Isaac.

Working on teams has never been a problem for Isaac. “When you work on a team, there are times you need to lead others with your knowledge and experience and do what’s right for the project you’re working on. On the other hand, you also need to know that following is good, too. Everyone has their part to play,” says Isaac. He adds that sometimes you have to let go of your ego and admit that another person’s solution is right for the obstacle you are trying to achieve as a team, and that’s what teamwork is all about. “We treat everyone equally,” says Isaac. “We all come from diverse backgrounds, which is not only useful at solving problems, but that diversity also makes our teams more interesting because we can collaborate in different ways.”
