Ryan is Aerojet Rocketdyne's fourth quarter of 2022 Values Champion for INTEGRITY. He is being recognized for his demonstrated commitment to serving our customers within Aerojet Rocketdyne's Shared Values and using his strong technical background to positively influence our culture.

Through Ryan's leadership and commitment to our values, he helps ensure that his colleagues are focusing on the bigger picture to better achieve the success of the team and ultimately the company.

"Making sure that others receive credit for their ideas and contributions builds an environment of trust and comradery among team members," says Ryan. "I always make myself available to team members so they can ask questions, even if it’s not directly related to what my focus is. We are a team and I try to help my colleagues focus on the overall success of the program because that is what we are ultimately here for – a successful program."
