Robbie has been chosen as the INTEGRITY Values Champion for the second quarter of 2017. For Robbie, doing the right thing every time and helping others is just a way of life. “Having integrity is just doing the right thing and doing your best to finish your job better than expected”, says Robbie, a Facilities Technician at our Camden, Arkansas location.

Recognizing a problem, identifying a solution, and following through to correct that problem is the talent he brings to Aerojet Rocketdyne. Robbie feels that doing anything he can to help his teammates and safeguard a great product delivery to our customers is the right way to work. Robbie puts his principles to work “on and off the court”, so to speak – when he is not at AR, he serves as a Pastor at a local Baptist Church in Camden.
