In the 20 years Luc has worked for the company he has lived the values every day. “Good values were instilled in me when I was young so they have naturally become part of my daily life, at home and at work.”

Luc finds inspiration in being part of a larger team that creates engines which will be in space someday. “When everyone on the team abides by the values, it creates a great product.“
