28-year long time employee, David defines INTEGRITY as doing what is right because it is the right thing to do, even when no one is watching.

Whether is it is adhering to safety standards or coaching others by demonstrating high standards, David leads by example in everything he does. As he tells it, “I like to set an example that I would like others to emulate. I represent the Company and how I do things and treat others is how I want others to treat me.”

In David’s view, “Values reinforce what a company does, and what you say or do provides trust with the customer.”
