Stacy

Sr. Specialist International Trade Compliance
Redmond, WA

Stacy, Aerojet Rocketdyne’s fourth quarter of 2020 Values Champion for EXCELLENCE, says the company’s values are important because they provide clear guidance on what is expected of the employees, such as leadership decisions that impact the livelihood of employees, clarity of purpose which helps employees focus and be more productive, and action which collectively benefits the employee and company.

Stacy likes to think outside the box when solving challenging problems, inspiring others to be their very best while striving for perfection when addressing her customer’s needs.

Working within the International Trade Compliance organization at Aerojet Rocketdyne requires exceptional knowledge of all Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). While these regulations, at times, may be complex and nuanced, her commitment to attention to detail enables her to guide customers through these regulations to ensure that Aerojet Rocketdyne remains in compliance with U.S. import/export regulations.

“The products developed, manufactured and sold by Aerojet Rocketdyne directly contribute to U.S. national security at home and abroad. This helps enable space exploration and discovery, and ultimately can improve our lives,” says Stacy. She added, “I enjoy working with intelligent, talented and diverse teams focused on developing the best rocket engines for our customers around the world.”
