In Jeremy’s 23 years with the company, he believes EXCELLENCE is a continuous target. He describes Excellence as “a means to always be looking to make an improvement over the current state. It doesn’t always mean change, but as change occurs, be aware of the environment around you to make sure you can adjust to it.”

Jeremy’s enthusiasm for the company and his job is one of the underlying reasons he is a Values Champion for Excellence. Jeremy says, “Everyone needs to reject the mundane; don’t go with the saying ‘we have done it this way forever.’”

He is inspired the most by the people he works alongside because they are willing to ask questions and are always working to do the right thing. Jeremy feels the Rocket Values are important to the company because, “Without a set of general rules we don’t have a way to set our compass to move the way the company should be moving.”
