Bill is a Principal Product Engineer at the Los Angeles site and the 2017 Q3 EXCELLENCE Values Champion. Bill has spent his career relentlessly trying daily to do the best job that he can and to always stay focused on the customer’s needs. “I have a passion about what we do, and our customers and my teammates can interpret that and, hopefully, be motivated by it,” says Bill. Bill recently finished the AR-1 40K test project and was proud of, and gratified by, his team and by the way everyone worked together and pitched in where they could. “We have to give 100% all the time. Our customers and our teammates deserve it,” says Bill.

Passion makes you want to strive for excellence and that passion for excellence is extremely contagious with the customer and the team, according to Bill. “After AR-1 40K people have asked me if they can work on another project together. They saw my passion and were motivated by it,” says Bill, who believes that recognition for his motivating others to achieve excellence is a major compliment.
