Jeff believes ADAPTABILITY begins with being flexible and willing to try new things, to do things differently. One colleague describes him by saying, “Jeff demonstrates a high degree of adaptability with solving manufacturing programs in a very rapid, reliable manner.”

Adaptability to Jeff means thinking outside the box to figure out a safe way to do his job. He typically works with several teams across many areas of the company. Everyone has their own way of doing things, so he has to be adaptable to manage each work day.

Throughout Jeff’s 32-year career at the company, it has been the US service members that inspire him to live the Rocket Values. Jeff strives to give them the best system he can possibly provide so it works when they need it. “Knowing they are going to depend on you in the end is what is most important.”
