The value of Adaptability is especially important to Christy because it means she must be flexible, resourceful, creative and innovative when dealing with operations that may change on a day-to-day basis.

“A person has to be flexible and adaptable in understanding changing needs and providing optimal solutions for each challenge,” says Christy. “The bottom line is that in order to be successful, one needs to be able to adapt and explore practical solutions so that problems can be resolved expeditiously and effectively.”
