Carmen is Aerojet Rocketdyne's second quarter 2022 Values Champions for ADAPTABILITY. She was recognized for embracing the change that comes with growth, as well as implementing new and changing safeguards that come with ensuring that her teammates are able to safely perform both new and existing work.

For Carmen, being flexible, creative and remaining positive during changing conditions are great tools for both personal and professional growth. Her drive to excel at the company by being adaptable is summed up by her commitment to AR’s values.
