Audrey and Vu are Aerojet Rocketdyne's second quarter 2021 Values Champions for ADAPTABILITY. Annette, Audrey's manager, says, "Audrey has the unique ability to reprioritize quickly when changes are needed. She often suggests additional modifications when something's not working and adapts to the new situation with confidence."

Vu recognizes that the company's values are important because they help ensure that a company has the right people within their organization to produce good quality products on time.

Vu, who has been with the company four years, is a valuable member of the team and an exceptional leader who knows what it takes to get things done quickly, safely and on schedule. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Vu has adapted his work schedule to ensure there is minimal impact to the Camden sites’ mix operations.

"It is an honor being a part of a company that provides systems for our warfighters and helps defend our nation," said Vu. "Knowing that every piece of hardware that I work on, or operations that I cast, must be reliable for our customers and soldiers, motivates me to do my job to the best of my abilities."

Beyond demonstrating the ability to adapt to a changing work schedule to meet customer commitments, Vu's work ethic is inspiring his colleagues. This is leading to improvements in productivity, morale and teamwork in the area in which he works.
