Elizabeth’s primary focus in her job is ACCOUNTABILITY to the customer. She believes,“Everything we do is with the customer in mind.” Her focus is on making sure the end result, whether it is a drawing or a product, is delivered to the customer in a timely manner.

She embraces Accountability by believing everything starts out small. Each technological advance, as small as it may be, will add up and become something great. She believes that being accountable each day will help even the smallest of goals to become large.
