When his team leader stepped away due to needs at another site, David stepped in—taking on responsibility for scheduling and work assignments for the team.  He is willing to step up to troubleshoot and problem solve in all areas of his job.

For David, it’s all part of Aerojet Rocketdyne ACCOUNTABILITY. Or as he says “being responsible for the work I do every day, to be on time and do the work right.”

David’s inspiration to do the right thing transcends work life and home life. “If I live the values here at work then I show good values at home,” he says.  

Why live the AR values? In David’s words, if employees live the values on a daily basis, “they will produce quality work and it will be good for the success of the company. In the end it will make the customers happy.”
