Angie, the 2018 Q4 ACCOUNTABILITY Values Champion, says that values are very important to her and her family, and AR Values are no different.

"Aerojet Rocketdyne’s values are important because they help us grow and develop," said Angie, a 10 year employee of the company. "The decisions we make reflect our values and beliefs. Our company's values follow the principles of our family's values."

For Angie, Accountability means to take ownership of anything that she says or does. An example can be found in her nomination. "Angie is always willing to stop what she's doing to help someone, while maintaining the high standards of her work, and splitting time between supporting different organizations. It is a testament to her that whenever someone needs to know something, from employees to management, one of the first places they start is with Angie."

According to Angie's boss, John, manager, Supply Chain and Materiel Management, "When Angie is assigned a task she takes ownership of the task and follows it through to completion, truly embodying our company's Accountability value. In addition to being very accountable, Angie has a lot of enthusiasm about our company and her career."
